  The Lakeview Deck Apartments range from $3,650 to $3,850 per month. The approximate room sizes range from 275 to 335 square feet.

  The Lakeview Balcony Apartments include a private bath, a lovely balcony with views of Marston Lake, local and long distance phone service, cable TV, internet connection, heat and air conditioning. Like all of our apartments, primary services, daily housekeeping and weekly laundry service are all included.
