Our rates range from $2,750 per month to $3,850 per month, and in most cases this flat rate includes all of your assisted living needs. We have programs available for U.S. Veterans and we are Medicaid certified; ask us about our spend down programs.

Moving into the Manor on Marston Lake assisted living community
In most cases it takes about 1 week to make the transition from your current location to living in our community. First, come for a tour and select the apartment, view and budget that fits your family's needs best. Take some time to meet our staff and other folks now living in our community. Once an apartment choice is made, our administrator will work with you on a needs assessment making sure The Manor on Marston Lake is a good match for you. The assessment process often takes only an hour, but it's important, and we will take all the time required to help you and your family make the right choice. Finally, we work with you and your doctor to design a care plan that will make your assisted living experience beneficial in every way possible. Once your care plan is complete, you or your loved one can move in.

Lakeview Deck Apartment
The Lakeview Deck Apartments are our largest rooms. They include a private bath, a lovely deck with views of Marston Lake, local and long distance phone service, internet, cable TV, heat and air conditioning. Like all of our apartments, primary services, daily housekeeping and weekly laundry service are all included.
The Lakeview Deck Apartments range from $3,650 to $3,850 per month. The approximate room sizes range from 275 to 335 square feet. -
Lakeview Balcony Apartment
The Lakeview Balcony Apartments include a nicely appointed private bath, a lovely balcony with views of Marston Lake, local and long distance phone service, internet, cable TV, heat and air conditioning. Like all of our apartments, primary services, daily housekeeping and weekly laundry service are all included.
The Lakeview Balcony Apartments range from $3,250 to $3,450 per month. The approximate apartment size is 285 square feet, plus the balcony. -
Lakeview Apartment
The Lakeview Apartments have a nicely appointed private bath, lovely views of Marston Lake, local and long distance phone service, internet, cable TV, heat and air conditioning. Like all of our apartments, primary services, daily housekeeping and weekly laundry service are all included.
The Lakeview Apartments range from $2,750 to $3,000 per month. The approximate room sizes range from 245 to 285 square feet. -
Other Services
We have respite care services available too. Whether your loved one needs an opportunity to rehabilitate with us, or if loved ones require a break from caring responsibilities, we have quality care to help you with your temporary needs.
Respite care has a basic daily rate of $145.00 per day, with a 10 day minimum. Based on our assessment, medication management and continence assistance may require an additional fee.
