At our assisted living community, we strive to offer luxury care at an affordable price. The Manor on Marston Lake offers some of the best values in senior housing in the Littleton area. Our assisted living community is well kept and truly beautiful to ensure that our residents get the most out of life during their time with us. Our care givers are experienced, kind, attentive and consistently build caring relationships with our residents. Our largest Lakeview Deck Suites are $6,850 per month/all inclusive, our Lakeview Balcony Studios are $6,550 per month/all inclusive and our Lakeview  Studios are $6,150 per month/all inclusive! We have a few unique studios that lie outside of our regular pricing due to being smaller (a studio for $5,550) or with an exceptional lakefront view (a studio for $7,150).  Compare our community, location and services, and we think you’ll agree the Manor on Marston Lake is the best cost value in assisted living care in the Littleton area.

The Manor on Marston Lake has all inclusive pricing options to help simplify your decision making process. Our rates range from $6,150 per month to $6,850 per month and this flat rate cost includes all of your assisted living needs. For more detail, visit our floor plans page. We work with long term care insurance policies and we can direct you to professionals who handle Veterans Programs and assist with paperwork for you.

From the flat monthly rates to the rooms to the spectacular meals (they accommodate special diets) to the attendants and medication managers to the daily activities and to the way the administration, including the owner, treat staff and residents like family.
