Accomodations and Furnishings
The Manor on Marston Lake has seen first-hand the benefits that pets can have on the elderly’s well-being. Some studies have also shown that pets can keep elderly from the depression or loneliness, among other things. Pets can also lower blood pressure, reduce doctor visits, help make friends, and much more. Pets are an important part of the social networking, which in turn contributes to the public health and well-being of the elderly.
We believe in these studies and welcome cats and dogs in order to help our residents’ well-being. If you have a pet and would like to bring it with you, more the merrier!
