We have 3 different floor plans at our assisted living facility from which our residents can choose. We do our best to make the cost of assisted living at our facility affordable and the quality of elderly care unrivaled. You deserve the best care and we pride ourselves on offering just that. Lakeview Deck Studio

The Lakeview Deck Studios are our largest rooms in our assisted living facility. They include a private bath, a lovely deck with views of Marston Lake, local and long distance phone service, internet, cable TV, heat and air conditioning. Like all of our apartments, primary services, daily housekeeping and weekly laundry service are all included.

We have Lakeview Deck Studios priced for $6,850 to $7,150 per month. The approximate room sizes range from 275 to 335 square feet.

Lakeview Balcony Studio

The Lakeview Balcony Studios are the next size at our residential care facility. They include a beautiful private bath, a lovely balcony with views of Marston Lake, local and long distance phone service, cable TV, internet connection, heat and air conditioning. Like all of our apartments, primary services, daily housekeeping and weekly laundry service are all included.

The Lakeview Balcony Studios are $6,550 per month. Approximate apartment size is 285 square feet.

Lakeview Studio

The Lakeview Studios are the most affordable at our assisted living facility. They include a beautiful private bath, views of Marston Lake, local and long distance phone service, cable TV, internet connection, heat and air conditioning. Like all of our apartments, our primary services, daily housekeeping, weekly laundry service, and more are all included.

The Lakeview Studios are $6,150 per month. The approximate room size ranges from 245 to 285 square feet.

From the flat monthly rates to the rooms to the spectacular meals (they accommodate special diets) to the attendants and medication managers to the daily activities and to the way the administration, including the owner, treat staff and residents like family.
